📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please contact us at support@solesafee.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
💳 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
• You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
📮 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can fix it quickly.
